Show site freight deliveries are targeted by booth. Please refer to the fright target move-in floor plan for your assigned date and time. Exhibitor move-in will take place between February 17-March 2, 2026.

Inbound Target Information & Floorplans

  • Target time is for check-in at the Marshalling Yard only. Actual unloading may take several hours.

  • The target move-in schedule is for machinery and display materials only and notes the time your carrier is to check in at Marshalling Yard to be placed in line to be unloaded at the show facility. The schedule does not indicate when your carrier will be unloaded. Please note, this is a lengthy process that could take several hours.

  • Drivers with inbound shipments must check in at the Marshalling Yard by 2:00 p.m. to be guaranteed same day unloading.

  • Materials sent to the Freeman Advance Warehouse will be delivered to your booth on or before your assigned target move-in date and time.

  • Certified weight tickets will be required. Separate weights for Display Materials and Machinery Equipment are required.

  • Please schedule labor for the day after your assigned target move-in date and time.

  • Your assigned inbound target date & time is can be found here or using the floorplans below.

Please note:

  • All carriers delivering to or picking up from the facility must check in at the Marshalling Yard.

  • Drivers will be assigned a number according to check-in time and will be dispatched once dock space is available.

  • Please be advised that certified weight tickets are required when checking into the Marshalling Yard. For you convenience, Freeman has available a full-size certified scale at the Marshalling Yard. If your driver has valid certified weight tickets, Freeman will accept these tickets and your driver will not have to scale at the Freeman Marshaling Yard.

Some booths will have designated priority dismantling and will need to clear the hall early. Please refer to the
freight target move-in floorplan for your assigned date and time. Move-out will take place between March 7 - March 11, 2026

Outbound Target Information & Floorplans

  • Please refer to the Target Move-Out Floor Plans below for your assigned target move-out date and time.

  • Target time is for carrier check-in at the Marshalling Yard only. Actual loading may take many hours.

  • The target move-out schedule is for machinery and display materials only and notes the time your carrier is to check in at the Marshalling Yard to be placed in line to be loaded at the show facility. The schedule does not indicate when your carrier will be loaded. Please note, this is a lengthy process that could take several hours.

  • Drivers picking up shipments must check in at the Marshalling Yard. Do not have carriers arrive earlier than the afternoon prior to your assigned target move-out.

  • At the close of the show, the empty containers will be returned to the booth in a staged manner. This process will take several hours. Please be mindful of this when scheduling your dismantle labor.

  • Please label all outbound materials correctly and remove any old or outdated shipping labels.

  • Every outbound shipment will require a Material Handling Agreement and shipping labels. We would be happy to prepare these for you and deliver them to your booth prior to show close. To take advantage of this service, please complete your Material Handling Agreement Online. If you have multiple destinations, please complete a form for each destination.

There's a lot to manage if you're in charge of panning and setting up your exhibit space. Don't let the logistics of your booth materials be last on the list to check off.
