Friday July 25, 2025 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Saturday July 26, 2025 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Sunday July 27, 2025 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Monday July 28, 2025 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Empty containers will be returned as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed from the exhibit floor. The entire process will take approximately 7 hours.

DISMANTLE AND MOVE-OUT INFORMATION

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Monday, July 28, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.

All outbound shipments must be accompanied by a Material Handling Agreement (MHA)

POST SHOW PAPERWORK AND LABELS

We will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels in advance.
