Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM;
Closed 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM & Holidays.

* Individual pieces weighing more than 5,000 pounds will not be accepted at the GES warehouse.
*Shipments arriving before or after the set dates above will incur a storage fee.

Sep. 14 - 20, 2024 based on your targeted move-out date.

Move-Out Instructions:

​All outbound shipments must be accompanied by a Material Handling Agreement (MHA) (See sample)

Turn in your MHA form to the service desk when your exhibit is packed, labeled, and ready to ship

It is highly recommended that a representative supervises your freight until Exhibitor Services comes to your booth and picks up your freight to load onto the truck.

The unloading of your shipment, transporting it to your booth, storing and returning your empty crates and cartons and reloading your shipment at the close of the show (also called Drayage).
This service is not included in the cost of your booth space. Avoid unexpected costs at show site and pre-order this service below. Shipping/Logistics costs are separate and are not included in material handling rates.
