Wednesday October 1, 2025 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Thursday October 2, 2025 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Friday October 3, 2025 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday October 4, 2025 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

All halls must be cleared by October 4 at 3:00pm. Empty containers will be returned as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed from the exhibit floor. The entire process will take approximately 7-9 hours.

All outbound shipments must be accompanied by a Material Handling Agreement (MHA)
